Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 18, 2026
Monarch Mobility LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Business-to-Business (B2B) provider of mobility solutions. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the professional information of business representatives and partners across the United States.
1. B2B Scope & Health Data Disclaimer
Monarch Mobility LLC operates exclusively in a B2B capacity.
- No End-User Health Data: We do not collect, process, or store Personal Health Information (PHI) or medical data regarding the end-users of our equipment.
- Professional Focus: Our data collection is limited to information necessary to establish and maintain professional business relationships.
2. Information We Collect
We collect “Professional Personal Information” from business representatives, including:
- Identifiers: Name, business email address, and work phone numbers.
- Professional Details: Job title, department, and seniority.
- Commercial Information: Business address, business history (e.g., years active), and purchase history.
- Technical & Geolocation Data: We collect certain technical data to ensure site functionality. This includes browser type, operating system, and general location information (city/state or country) derived from network signals.
- IP Address Policy & Server Logs: While we use IP addresses to facilitate connection and determine high-level geographic reporting, We do not intentionally store raw full IP addresses in our application database for marketing or customer profiling. However:
– IP addresses are processed by third-party infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare, web host, analytics providers) and will appear in server and provider logs.
– Our analytics and tracking are configured to mask or redact IP addresses at the point of collection where technically possible.
– We maintain server and provider logs for security, fraud detection, and operational troubleshooting (see retention below).
3. How We Use Your Information
We process professional data for the following “Business Purposes”:
- Fulfillment: Processing B2B orders, billing, and coordinating equipment delivery.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining communication history within our internal CRM systems.
- Site Optimization: Analyzing professional user engagement to improve our B2B portal.
- Security: Preventing fraudulent transactions and protecting our business infrastructure.
- Accounting and Inventory: To sync orders, invoices, and inventory with integrations.
4. Third Parties & Integrations (Categories)
We do not sell your professional information. We disclose data to the following categories of service providers to facilitate our operations:
- E-commerce & Platform: Handles storefront functionality and order data.
- Logistics & Delivery Partners: To coordinate the shipment and tracking of commercial orders.
- Financial & Payment Processors: To securely process business transactions and invoicing.
- Business Operations Software: Cloud-based platforms for inventory, accounting, and order processing.
- CRM & Communication Tools: Tools used to manage business contact records and correspondence.
- Analytics & Security: Services that help us analyze and secure website traffic through aggregated reporting and security solutions/services.
5 Geolocation & Popup (Technical disclosure)
We use country-level geolocation to present the appropriate country or store version and to improve user experience.
How geolocation works: We attempt to determine country-level location using (in this order):
- A Cloudflare edge header (CF-IPCountry) when present; otherwise
- MaxMind geolocation.
- Storage & logs: We do not persist country codes to the primary application database by default. However, requests to the endpoint and underlying IPs are recorded in server logs and third-party provider logs (Cloudflare, hosting). These logs may include IP addresses and are retained per our log retention policy (see below).
- Popup dismissal & cookies/localStorage: If we show a geographic-suggestion popup we may store the user’s dismissal preference in a cookie or in localStorage. If the stored preference is non-essential for site function, we treat it as non-essential tracking and will obtain consent where required.
- Third-party processors: Cloudflare and MaxMind process IPs to provide geolocation. These processors may transfer or store data outside the United States; appropriate safeguards are applied where needed.
6. Cookies, Analytics, GPC & Consent
Our website utilizes tracking technologies for analytics and optimization.
- Analytics & IP redaction: We use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) configured to minimize the collection of personal identifiers and to redact IP addresses in analytics reports where possible. We use first-party cookies (for example _ga) to distinguish professional users in an aggregated, non-identifying way.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize GPC signals. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, our system is configured to automatically treat that as a valid request to opt-out of non-essential tracking cookies and the “sharing” of professional data for targeted advertising.
- Consent / Cookie banner: Non-essential cookies or client-side storage used for personalization (including geographic personalization where stored client-side) will be subject to the cookie consent mechanism presented on the site. You may change cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings.
7. Your Rights (Nationwide & California)
Pursuant to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), CCPA/CPRA, and other state laws, business representatives have the following rights:
- Right to Access/Confirm: Request a copy of the professional data we hold about you.
- Right to Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of your professional data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance.
- Right to Correct: Request updates to inaccurate business contact information.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your professional identifiers, subject to legal retention requirements (typically 7 years for tax/contract purposes).
- Automated Decision-Making & Profiling: We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning business representatives. Should we implement such systems for B2B credit or pricing in the future, you will be provided the right to opt-out of such profiling
- California Residents: You have the right to opt-out of the “sharing” of professional data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: We do not sell data; however, you may opt-out of the use of cookies for professional targeted advertising through our cookie settings.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
8. Data Security & Retention
- Security: We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect business data. We retain professional information for the duration of the commercial relationship or as required by law for financial auditing and liability purposes.
- Retention (examples & defaults):
– Transactional & order data (accounting/legal): up to 7 years (or as required by tax and contract law).
– Server & security logs (including provider logs such as Cloudflare): retained for 30–90 days by default; may be retained longer for incident response or legal obligations.
– Derived country code / temporary personalization: not persisted in DB except when necessary; if persisted for analytics, retention is limited to 30 days unless otherwise required.
– Cookie/localStorage preferences: persisted per cookie expiration or until user clears browser storage or opts out. - Minimization & Proportionality: We aim to minimize data storage and only retain what is necessary for the stated purpose. We do not retain professional information for longer than is reasonably necessary or proportionate to achieve the business purposes for which it was collected
